WINE OBTAINED FROM SANGIOVESE GRAPES (90%) AND CABERNET SAUVIGNON (10%). Vinification in steel, aging in medium-sized barrels (tonneaux) for the Sangiovese and in barriques for the Cabernet for 12/15 months. The blend takes place at the end aging and then bottled. Rich in aromas which are readily confirmed to the taste, with excellent structure and perfect balance. Winey color with ruby reflections. It goes well with first courses, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
